ATL – The Turn Up Auto-show In Atlantis

Atlantis hosts big auto show to remind Cape Town they’re still out there.

Atlantis, nearly 40km North of Cape Town, is one of the little cities on the outskirts and edge of the Cape Town boarder – not well known for Stance, but more for the underground speeding activities that might go straight down the racing strip at times…so we’ve heard.

But it seems the folk does still pitch when you throw an automotive show at them.

ATL The TurnUp, was a show hosted in the Atlantis CBD on Saturday March 4th.

The show was set to cater for Sound-Off, Club Display and Show & Shine categories, after the last show the little town had was hosted way back in 2015.

Now, with a new team taking on the challenge, it was good to see the local talent of Atlantis stepping up to the plate and delivering a swing.

Folk from all around the Mother City headed towards the lost City of Atlantis on the West Coast to see if they can bring home a souvenir. This lead to spectators enjoying a bit of everything from Bassing Boots, lined up club cars and aired out rides.

More details will follow in the April edition of Movere. It will be available on April 7th at 6pm.
